8-Week MSBR course according to Jon Kabat Zinn

Once every week in the 8-Week course there will be different exercises presented and taught which help learning about Mindfulness and gaining clarity in the present moment. This MSBR method is successfully used in companies and medical facilities alike. The most prominent example of an organization practicing this is Google.
